**Global Head of Engagement (H/F)**

**Poste basé à Courbevoie (92)**

Vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Concevoir et piloter l’organisation et la gestion d’évènements internes et externes : choix des lieux, logistique, animation, contenus
- Concevoir et piloter la communication interne:

- Contribuer à la mise en place d’une culture Equans
- Accompagner les plans de transformation et faire la pédagogie de la stratégie
- Animer les canaux de com’ interne : Newsletter, écrans, intranet,
- Travailler en partenariat avec la direction des ressources humaines pour accompagner la communication RH : programme ambassadeurs, enquêtes sociales, relations écoles, etc.
- Accompagner les directions corporate dans leur besoin de communication interne (ex : direction de l’innovation/ innovation Awards).
- Assurer l’interface avec le pôle marque/ digital de la direction
- Manager 2 personnes, l’une sur l’évènementiel, l’autre sur la rédaction de contenu interne
- Gérer le budget du pôle et suivre les kpi’s

**Profil recherché**:
Bac + 5 école de communication ou commerce

Expérience souhaitée en agence et / ou dans une direction de la communication corporate d’une entreprise du secteur de l’énergie.

Désireux de travailler dans une équipe resserrée assurant la stratégie et l’opérationnelle.

**Qualités requises**:

- Autonomie, organisation et rigueur
- Créativité
- Rapidité
- Sens relationnel, travail en équipe
- Maîtrise de l’anglais écrit et parlé, capacité à travailler dans un environnement international et multiculturel
- A l’aise avec les outils digitaux, maîtrise suite Office, connaissance de Photoshop et d’un ou plusieurs CMS, connaissance d’un outil de marketing automation
