**Activités**:
La personne recrutée sera en charge:
1) D’établir un état des connaissance (état de l’art scientifique et état des expérimentations conduites en contexte littoral très urbanisé). Il s’agira de recenser qui fait quoi et comment, pour traiter quel problème, à quel coût, en procédant à : i) une revue de la littérature scientifique, et ii) une revue des expérimentations de SfN dans le contexte de grandes villes, à partir d’une fouille sur internet.
2) De mener une enquête locale (littoral marseillais) pour appréhender les connaissances, les pratiques et les représentations des SfN en milieu côtier très urbanisé (SfN, SfN hybrides, solutions grises). La démarche pourra notamment consister à : identifier des initiatives d’ores et déjà menées localement (genèse, porteur, problématiques traitées, moyens engagés, évaluation) ; mener des entretiens auprès de gestionnaires de milieux littoraux, d’une part, et auprès de scientifiques, dans le champ de l’écologie, de la biologie, de la géographie, de la psychologie sociale, du droit de l’environnement, d’autre part.
3) De conduire un atelier d’intelligence collective réunissant des gestionnaires, des scientifiques, des partenaires techniques concepteurs/promoteurs de solutions, des habitants, sur un site d’intérêt du littoral marseillais, en vue d’élaborer une action (ou un bouquet d’actions) dans l’esprit des SfN pour résoudre une difficulté/un problème. Ce dernier volet (conception et mise en œuvre) fera l’objet d’échanges avec deux autres chercheurs travaillant sur les SfN littorales avec le Living Lab MedCoast.

**Compétences**:

- les méthodologies de conception, conduite et analyse d’enquêtes par entretiens et par questionnaires ;
- le référentiel théorique des représentations sociales ;
- les méthodes d’observation et d’analyse de processus participatifs ;
- la gestion et l’analyse de données spatialisées ;
- Avoir une bonne aptitude à travailler en équipe ;
- Etre intéressés par l’interdisciplinarité ;
- Maîtriser la rédaction de rapports scientifiques ;
- Maîtriser l’anglais, notamment lecture/rédaction de documents scientifiques ;
- Maîtriser les méthodes et logiciels de traitement de données d’entretiens type Nvivo, Sonal, IRaMuTeQ, Alceste, TXM, etc.

Une première expérience en pilotage de projets serait un plus.**Contexte de travail**:
La personne recrutée sera accueillie au laboratoire ESPACE (Étude des Structures, des Processus d’Adaptation et des Changements de l’Espace), unité mixte de recherche du CNRS et d’Aix-Marseille Université, d’Avignon Université et de l’Université Côte d’Azur. ESPACE est une UMR multi-thématique dont les champs de recherche majeurs sont, d’une part, les interactions espace-nature-société autour des enjeux environnementaux et des systèmes urbains, et d’autre part, les théories, les modèles et les méthodes de l’analyse spatiale.
La personne recrutée sera affectée sur le site Aix-Marseille Université d’ESPACE, situé au Technopôle de l'environnement Arbois Méditerranée - BP80 - 13545 Aix-en-Provence Cedex 4. Il/elle travaillera sous la responsabilité de Samuel Robert, directeur-adjoint d’ESPACE et co-responsable de l’OHM Littoral méditerranéen, et Marie-Laure Apers-Trémélo, responsable des données de l‘OHM. Il/elle sera en interaction étroite avec tous les membres du projet, au sein du Living Lab MEDCOAST et au sein du réseau des Living Lab de SOLUBIOD. Il/elle participera aux animations scientifiques d’ESPACE (séminaires, conférences, etc.) et bénéficiera des infrastructures et services du site (équipement informatique, restauration sur place).

Le poste se situe dans un secteur relevant de la protection du potentiel scientifique et technique (PPST), et nécessite donc, conformément à la réglementation, que votre arrivée soit autorisée par l'autorité compétente du MESR.
