The Customer Service and Sales Support Representative at OTT HydroMet is responsible to provide high quality service and support to our Customers and Sales associates to grow the business and gain market share. Proving administrative and organizational assistance such as generating quotes, turning quotes to orders, updating databases, proving product related information and assisting in routing technical problems is part of the job in addition to effective and timely communication with customers and providing assistance to customers as needed.
This position is part of the Customer Service and Sales Support Hydro+Met Team located in Aix en Provence and will be hybrid_._
**In this role, a typical day will look like**:
- Support Sales Team
- Support bid process by researching, preparing and obtaining bid documents
- Enter orders into the ERP system
- Assist with requests on pricing, shipping, availability questions, terms and stock information
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and problems
- Qualify leads
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
- Commercial or technical education
- 3+ years customer service and sales support experience
- Language skills : Fluent in French and good in English both verbally and written. Other European languages, e.g. German, are a plus
