As we continue to grow, we are excited to add an **Event and Field Manager** to our French team. Position based in our Paris office (Hybrid work)

**OVERVIEW**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven event and field specialist who will be responsible for external agency management in order to deliver field team training and best-in-class in store execution. In addition, he/she will contribute to the management of all trading events across France. The Event and Field Specialist must have a solid understanding of the current retail environment, a customer service mindset, and a strong understanding of shopper behaviors and merchandising and events trends. It is also the opportunity to join an American fast growth company in small domestic appliance with high ambition and strong products new launches roadmap.***

**Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES)**:
IN STORE SALES FORCE
- Manage in store promoter / merchandiser team
- Provide clear in store guidelines to the agency in collaboration with sales team (new product launch, ranging, promotion,) and trade team (merchandising updates)
- Animate weekly brief agency x SharkNinja
- Manage in store demand (After sale service,)
- Analyse agency reports and provide spot on informations to the team
- Collect and provide in store informations
- Organize dedicated training sessions for external team to brief on new product launches in collaboration with marketing and trade team
- Budget management
- store visits

STORE STAFF TRAINING AND PRODUCT ANIMATION
- Manage store staff training and in store animation (roadshow)
- Collaborate with marketing team to match product launch
- Collaborate with sales/ retail to select the right products/store list to be the most impactfull
- Analyse report after session and optimize futur roadshow
- Organize dedicated training sessions for external team to brief on new product launches in collaboration with marketing and trade team
- Budget management

**Event Management**
- Retailer B2B : retailer training dedicated tradeshow
- Retailer : Meet up days x2 per year
- Support to EU events : IFA Berlin + Regional event and Forum
- B2C / Presse : BBQ tradeshow, press event, press day, influencer events
- Consumer test : manage instore testing organization
- Showroom manager
- Internal / external product training events
- Budget management

**ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS (REQUIREMENTS)**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree
- Fluent English and French
- Ability to travel across France
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position ideally within the consumer goods / electronics industry
- Agile / resourceful / organized / analytic / flexible / solution oriented
- Strong team spirit
