PROJECT MANAGER / PRODUCT OWNER DIGITAL H/F

**VOS MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITES**:
Vous avez un véritable rôle de chef d’orchestre ; votre mission est de garantir le déploiement opérationnel et la bonne utilisation des outils digitaux développés pour les Nouveaux Services de Bourbon Mobility et d’en assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle:

- Vous pilotez la réalisation de nouveaux projets ou les évolutions des projets existants et vous coordonnez les différents interlocuteurs.
- Si besoin, vous pourrez être amené à effectuer de l’Accompagnement à Maitrise d’Ouvrage (AMOA) afin d’accompagner soit le développement de nouveaux projets soit les évolutions de projets et d’interfaces digitaux existants.
- Vous accompagnez le déploiement des solutions des outils digitaux et êtes l’interlocuteurs fonctionnels pour favoriser une utilisation optimale.
- Vous êtes référent pour assurer la définition fonctionnelle des évolutions et monitorer les innovations digitales sur le marché.
- Enfin, vous assurez la formation des utilisateurs à ces outils.

Profil

VOTRE PROFIL
- Vous êtes diplômé BAC + 5 en Project Management et vous justifiez déjà d’une expérience de 5 années aux postes de chef de projet pluridisciplinaire ou Product Owner.
- Organisé, curieux et rigoureux, vous avez une forte appétence pour les sujets digitaux, ainsi qu’une réelle agilité à vous les approprier et les maitriser. Vous avez une solide expertise en gestion de projet et êtes à l’aise pour en mener le déploiement.
- Vous avez un bel esprit d’équipe et faites preuve d’un fort engagement et d’excellentes qualités relationnelles ; vous êtes un très bon communiquant (oral et écrit) et vous savez animer des réunions avec aisance.
- Vous êtes disponible pour une mobilité ponctuelle.
- En contexte international, vous avez une très bonne maitrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et oral), ainsi que des outils informatiques (Pack Office).
