You are part of Accor Digital & Business Factory division, L&E, E-Commerce & Customer Engagement Direction, more particularly in the Marketing Activation Center of Excellence department.
**Job Description**:
MANAGE INTERNATIONAL OMNICHANNEL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
- Manage the run of international CRM campaigns : ensure timely delivery, quality and efficiency of CRM campaigns which are part of Omnichannel Marketing Plan, in close collaboration with Communication team.
- Lead and ensure the omnichannel campaigns performance by monitoring KPIs,
- Provide insights and recommendations on campaigns to enhance campaign performance and customer engagement
SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT OF OMNICHANNEL MARKETING ACTIVATION CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Support continuous Test & Learn and improvements on Marketing activation campaigns, by contributing to the launch of Proof of Concepts with Accor brands and geographies
- Share business expertise and recommendations to Accor brands and geographies, to bring omnichannel marketing activation to a level of excellence
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Manage a team of CRM specialists / campaign managers, running campaigns on international scope
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree with a strong background in Marketing campaign management, CRM operations, Mobile and Digital Marketing
- Significant experience (at least 5 years) in CRM Campaign Management
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) knowledge and certifications
- Exposure to multi-cultural teams, International experience is a must

- Strong communication / interpersonal skills
- English + French mandatory
