- As Bid Manager, you will lead signalling bids delivery for France & Export markets. _
- Your key responsibilities will be to:_
- _Lead and develop, in very close collaboration with the Tender Leader and the Customer Director, the winning strategy & the winning roadmap._
- _Coordinate all teams contributing to tender preparation (engineering, legal, finance, operations etc.) to build a winning proposal, robust technical and costs commitments, in a timely manner and within the defined tender budget._
- _Implement Alstom bids preparation processes from tender launch to internal bid validation & official submission._
- _Regularly and efficiently update internal stakeholders, including top management for critical bids, or partners._
- _Participate to contract negotiations and signature._
- _Contribute to Return of Experience (REX) through the Win-Loss Analysis._
- _Prepare the project and support the Project Manager in the first project review._
- Your profile:_
- _Engineering degree level or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Sales, Business Administration or a related discipline._
- _You are willing to evolve in a technological environment and you are interested in systems engineering._
- _You have minimum 5 years of successful experience in Project or Bid management._
- _You enjoy working on short term projects with tight deadlines and requiring the coordination of multiple contributors._
- _You have demonstrated transverse management skills in a technical environment as well as a strong ability to interface with Solution leaders, Sales, Engineering teams and Customers._
- _You are willing to lead decisions based on the identification of cost & optimization drivers and you are ready to report progress to the top-management (C-level)._
- _You see quality processes as a lever._
- _You are customer, team & results oriented._
- English is a must._
- The role is base in Saint-Ouen._
- In this mission, you will develop an in-depth knowledge of Alstom solutions & processes as long as advanced capabilities to coordinate a large number of contributors from all metiers. This mission opens various and numerous perspectives of evolution such as operations / project management roles or commercial roles in France or at international level. _
