On forme les entreprises dans l'adoption des outils et usages IA par verticale métier (Copilot, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway etc.)

En tant que start-up en hyper-croissance, on a développé 3 offres de service:
➤ Cartographie des cas d'usage et outils IA stratégiques par métier

➤ Formation pratique et sur-mesure en présentiel, visioconférence et/ou e-learning

➤ Suivi de KPIs quantifiés - gains de productivité, réduction de la pénibilité des tâches répétitives et augmentation de la satisfaction client - avant et après la formation.

Tu seras sous la supervision de l’actuelle CSM dans laquelle tu auras l’opportunité de prendre des initiatives et d’apprendre tous les jours de nouvelles choses.

Tu seras dans les meilleures conditions pour exprimer tes talents et prendre des responsabilités à la hauteur de tes ambitions.

Tu travailleras depuis nos bureaux situés au 41ème étage de la Tour Montparnasse, avec une belle vue sur la Tour Eiffel.

Enfin, tu pourras évoluer en CDI à l’issue de cette première aventure si l’expérience est concluante des deux côtés

**MISSION**

On recherche un.e Customer Success Manager (CSM) en alternance.

Ton rôle consiste à:

- Suivre de A à Z nos clients et s’assurer du cadrage sur-mesure de la formation par rapport à leurs attentes
- Accompagner la transformation digitale d’agences créatives
- Coordonner les interventions des formateurs sur les missions petits et grands comptes
- Travailler en collaboration avec les Sales et leur faire remonter des insights terrain et produit
- Tracker les KPI et évaluer la satisfaction et l’impact des formations pour les clients accompagnés
- Être force de proposition sur des projets internes, participer à l'amélioration des process pour faire gagner l'équipe en efficacité

- Le goût du challenge fait partie de toi : les objectifs sont un driver pour toi et tu es curieux d’en apprendre plus toujours plus.
- Tu es empathique et à l’écoute : tu excelles dans l’accompagnement des clients, et tu sais résoudre des imprévus efficacement et dans la communication.
- Tu as une aisance relationnelle à l’oral comme à l’écrit : pour te permettre de nouer des liens forts en externe avec les clients comme en interne avec les équipes.
- Pour finir, tu aimes l’efficacité et tu as de bonnes capacités d’organisation.
- L’attrait pour le secteur de la tech, l’IA ou le secteur des agences créatives est un plus.
