**Introduction**

Nous recherchons un Growth Marketing Specialist pour rejoindre notre équipe de Performance Marketing, en charge de la génération de leads pour nos marchés francophones. Votre mission sera de planifier, exécuter et optimiser les campagnes de médias payants de Lightspeed sur divers canaux afin de stimuler les ventes et accroître notre présence sur les marchés francophones.

Pour exceller dans ce rôle, vous devrez être un excellent collaborateur, capable de travailler en étroite coopération avec l'équipe de Croissance ainsi que les départements Marketing et Ventes.

**Vos principales responsabilités**
- Assurer la réalisation des objectifs d'acquisition marketing pour la région francophone.
- Planifier, exécuter et optimiser les campagnes de médias payants de Lightspeed pour générer des leads pour les équipes SDR et Ventes en France.
- Suivre, analyser et rapporter la performance de l'ensemble des canaux marketing, et présenter des rapports de performance hebdomadaires et mensuels aux équipes Ventes et Marketing FR.
- Surveiller les tendances, identifier et résoudre les anomalies de performance, et gérer les problèmes liés à la diffusion, au suivi et au reporting des publicités.
- Collaborer avec les spécialistes du marketing de performance de la région EMEA pour partager des insights, analyser et optimiser les campagnes payantes afin de maximiser le Retour sur Investissement Publicitaire (ROAS).
- Gérer le budget des campagnes, en respectant les limites financières, en estimant les coûts mensuels, et en résolvant les écarts éventuels.
- Travailler en partenariat avec le Responsable Marketing Intégré FR pour concevoir et déployer des campagnes marketing intégrées et multi-canaux (exemples : tunnels de nurturing, activations de marque).
- Collaborer avec les équipes de design et de contenu pour créer, gérer et optimiser les efforts d'affichage et de vidéo.
- Soutenir les initiatives de prospection via des campagnes médias (préparation des cibles).

**Votre profil**
- Plus de 2 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de campagnes axées sur la performance, incluant la recherche, les réseaux sociaux, la vidéo, l'affichage, les partenariats de référence et les affiliés.
- Maîtrise parfaite du français avec d'excellentes compétences rédactionnelles.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais à un niveau professionnel.
- Expertise confirmée en Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Facebook Business Manager, DV360, YouTube Ads.
- Expérience avec des outils d'analyse tels que Looker ou Tableau, Google Analytics, Salesforce ou Hubspot.
- Organisation rigoureuse et souci du détail.
- Solides compétences en collaboration interfonctionnelle.
- Certifications Google Ads et Google Analytics.

**Atouts supplémentaires (non obligatoires)**
- Expérience en génération de leads dans un environnement B2B SaaS.
- Expérience dans un rôle marketing en contact direct avec les clients.
- Connaissance des modèles d'attribution des canaux marketing.
