Country Manager France

The Country Manager France is responsible for driving the development and implementation of the French entities' sales and marketing strategies to achieve profitable growth, expand margin, and increase market share in the French market.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete P&L and operating cash flow for the French legal entities.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer experience across all customer segments in France, including installers, distributors, end users, influencers, and focused vertical markets.
  • Coordinate with product management to develop and implement a clear pricing strategy for the region, maximizing margin improvement and sales growth.
  • Lead the French CODIR composed of support functions and communicate on the French strategy to give visibility to the French teams.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree (Bac+5).
  • Experience in influencing, managing, and growing multiple channels (wholesale, distribution, specialized distribution, installation, e-commerce, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior management.
  • Strong executive presence, change management, and execution skills.
  • Effective communication skills (both oral and written) in French and English, with additional European language a plus.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

This role is based in France and requires a strong understanding of the local market and culture.
