Déjà référence sur les points de vente existants et son site e-commerce figurant dans le top 10 des sites les plus visités de France, Leroy Merlin relève un nouveau défi : le développement de sa marketplace récemment lancée.

Depuis plus d'un an, notre équipe dédiée au projet construit et structure la marketplace qui compte déjà une trentaine de collaborateurs travaillant avec plus de 500 marchands français et internationaux. Nous continuons de développer cette équipe talentueuse pour construire ensemble au quotidien la marketplace de demain.

D'identifier des opportunités commerciales françaises et internationales à forte valeur ajoutée pour le marché et respectant nos engagements sociétaux et environnementaux puis de les prospecter directement.

D'accompagner, en tant que véritable account manager, vos vendeurs dans la phase d'onboarding puis sur le long terme en détectant les leviers de croissance grâce à l'analyse de KPI, leur permettant d'optimiser leur succès sur la marketplace.

Participer à des projets transverses et impacter directement l'évolution de la marketplace.

Grâce à l'ensemble de vos actions vous aurez un rôle clé dans la croissance de la marketplace, l'amélioration de l'expérience client et vendeur

Commercial(e) dans l'âme, vous savez que l'organisation est la clé de la réussite et avez l'esprit de conquête au quotidien.

Vous maniez la communication écrite et verbale à la perfection vous permettant d'atteindre vos résultats ce que votre esprit analytique permet de mettre en lumière.

Vous ne laissez passer aucun détail et êtes constamment à la recherche d'amélioration, vous n'hésitez pas à embarquer votre écosystème pour sans cesse évoluer.

Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et satisfaction client et pour ce faire vous faites usage de créativité et d'un esprit de décision.

De niveau bac/licence en commerce, ingénierie ou domaine connexe tel que le marketing digital, d'une université de haut niveau, vous maitrisez le français et l'anglais couramment et avez une expérience de 6 mois à 3 ans dans le conseil, e-commerce, vente au détail, produits de consommation.
