As part of Questel’s **Global Legal Department **and under the management of the head of the global legal department, you will be in charge of leading the legal compliance topics of the Group. Your responsibilities will include:
Main missions:
- **Design, undertake and supervise the implementation of legal compliance processes, trainings, and gap analysis** related to legal compliance as for example:
- Annual update of GDPR registers and processes
- Periodic review and update of the group corruption risk mapping in line with the Sapin 2 law
- Enhancement of the Group’s international sanctions assessment framework
- Communication and training of the employees on compliance matters
- Be the Group’s main contact for internal and external requests relative to legal compliance matters
- Analyze, draft and consolidate compliance policies and processes at group level
- Provide advice when requested as regards compliance assessments (incl data protection impact) and monitor its performance
- Build and update a legal compliance database (select and implement appropriate compliance tools as needed)
- Be a strong advocate of compliance optimization culture, actively seek and implement ideas in this respect
In collaboration with the DPO:
- **Assist in the implementation of GDPR** for the entities of the Group:
- Data mapping (coordination, interviews, documentation drafting)
- Draft, update, finalize, execute personal data protection policy/ privacy notice/ confidentiality policy/ cookie notice
- Update/ annual review of specific procedures (privacy by design, notification of data breaches, processing of requests to exercise rights, etc.), incident management and requests to exercise rights
- Webex trainings
- Draft DPA/ SCC templates for the group and for clients and suppliers
- Coordination of GDPR’s key contacts of the Group
In collaboration with the “Corporate and M&A” Legal Manager:
- Participate to the integration of newly acquired entities in the compliance processes of the Group
- Ensure the follow-up of audits to be carried out with the newly acquired entities: identification of Intellectual Property Assets using a questionnaire to be developed/ identification of personal data processing,
**_ The perfect match _**
- Master’s degree in Business and/or Corporate law and/or Compliance (or related discipline)
- Minimum 3-4 years’ successful experience as legal compliance counsel
- Experience in a multinational environment
- Experience appreciated within an IT sector company (IT service provider)
- Continuous improvement approach towards compliance legal processes and ability to drive projects to completion
- Advanced analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Strong personal organization and rigor
- Capacity to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Fluency in English and French (oral, written) essential, and other languages appreciated
