We are currently recruiting for an experienced Graphic Designer with minimum 5 years experince to join the French Marketing Team in Opera, Paris. The role reports into Brand Manager for France and is a full time permanent contract working 3 days a week in office and 2 days a week working from home.
As a Graphic Designer for UNIQLO France you will have support expansion and enhance the brand identity with local comprehension. The mission requires to provide entire creative solutions which will be clear and understandable for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Participating in seasonal planning to organise creative adaptation- Creating various marketing assets (eg. OOH big format, print advertisement adaptation, digital adaptation including banners and movies, layout 3D simulation, catalogue, flyer, event asset creation)- Deliver high quality design for print and digital projects based on the season’s strategy which may include; campaigns, promotional assets, in-store communications, invitations, display banners, social media assets, etc.- Provide final high-res files for printers. Ensuring technical specs for print production (crop marks, bleed, colour profiles, visible area, image resolution, etc.)- Following creative guidelines and certify that all visual communications are consistent with the UNIQLO brand identity- Managing projects in collaboration with team members and continuously looking for ways to improve the creative production process- Managing of the creative schedule and ensuring all projects are delivered on time- Managing works with external creative freelancers- Using your initiative and proactively propose ideas and/or solutions for the Marketing team and other departments- Interacting with all related local departments, including Visual Merchandising, e-commerce, Allocation, Store Development, Legal, and PR to collaborate and deliver the vision on projects- Utilising your interpersonal skills to interact with GHQ (Global Headquarters), EU members, as well as external suppliers, printers, agencies, and any necessary external providers- Be responsible for any creative related tasks
What we are looking for- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related area- Minimum 5 years previous experience working in a creative agency or in-house- A results oriented person, that has a branding sense and very dynamic personality to contribute to France’s business expansion. -
- A strong portfolio of design work across print and digital media- Marketing/Business understanding, with experience working within brand guidelines- Fluency in French and English- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Motion is a plus: gif animation, video editing, and After Effects- Attention to detail with a strong eye for layouts, typography, and imagery- Ability to manage creative business partners, multi-task and deliver high quality work within short deadlines- Excellent communication and organisational skills, solution-driven mindset, enthusiasm, reactivity and team spirit- Strong interest in culture, fashion, art, design, and creative innovations
