Au sein de la **Direction Finance** du groupe Anjac, sous la responsabilité de l’un des Finance Business Partners, vous intégrez une équipe dynamique de 4 personnes au cœur du contrôle de gestion et du pilotage de la performance de nos 15 filiales.
**Mission 1 : Reporting et Analyse financière**:
- Vérifier et consolider le **reporting financier** mensuel des filiales (respect des deadlines, fiabilité et complétude des données financières, cohérence des méthodes comptables ) destiné au **DAF et au** **Directeur Général**:
- **Analyser la performance financière** et participer aux **revues d’activité mensuelles** des filiales pour comprendre et restituer les leviers de performance business
- Participer à **l’élaboration du budget annuel** et de ses **révisions** (CA, Ebitda, Capex, BFR, Cash ) : vérifier et consolider les données, analyser leur cohérence et leur performance financière
- Réaliser différentes analyses et contrôles **ad hoc** en fonction des besoins
**Mission 2 : Projets transversaux**:
- Assister les chefs de projets sur le **déploiement et la mise en place d’outil d’analyse de la performance** (BI QlikSense) et d’outils de **digitalisation** de la fonction Finance
- Participer à la rédaction des présentations du Top Management (Comités Performance, Réunions DAF, etc.)
**Mission 3 : Veille**:
- Effectuer une **veille sur les sujets finance et aides publiques**, afin de fournir des **synthèses** au top management et à toute la communauté finance
- Veille concurrentielle / analyses

**Votre Profil**:
- En 2ème année de Master avec une spécialisation en Finance, contrôle de gestion ou en année de césure.
- Vous êtes rigoureux, autonome, curieux d’esprit avec un bon relationnel et un vrai sens critique
- Vous êtes à l’aise pour travailler avec d’autres équipes
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques (dont bien sûr le Pack Office et Excel, Qliksense est un plus) et avez une appétence pour les chiffres
- Vous parlez couramment Anglais et avez des compétences rédactionnelles
