Depuis 2004, NAKED Copenhagen s’est développé de telle manière à devenir le leader mondial dans le retail de la sneaker féminine. Partie intégrante de notre ADN, nous oeuvrons à l’émancipation des filles et des femmes - dans une industrie habituellement dominée par des hommes. Créé par deux associé.es et ami.es, NAKED Copenhagen a d’abord démarré sous la forme d’une boutique en plein cœur de Copenhague, et s’est maintenant étendu via une boutique en ligne mondiale, trois boutiques physiques au Danemark and notre première ouverture imminente de boutique à l’international, à Paris.

Since 2004, NAKED Copenhagen has grown to become the world’s leading sneaker supplier for women. At our core, we strive to empower girls and women, in a typically male-dominated industry. Founded by two business partners and friends, NAKED Copenhagen began as one store in the heart of Copenhagen but has now expanded to a global web shop, three retail stores in Denmark, and our first international store in Paris. - **Store Manager Paris**:
NAKED Copenhagen recherche pour sa filiale, NAKED Paris, un.e Store Manager pour rejoindre nos équipes parisiennes dans le cadre de l’ouverture de notre première boutique flagship dans le Marais.
Le profil idéal contribuera activement à l’implantation, au pilotage commercial et au développement de l’âme de la boutique et des équipes NAKED Paris, tout en impulsant une dynamique et un environnement de travail inspirant, afin de créer des liens uniques et privilégiées avec nos communautés locales et internationales.
Tu comprendras et incarneras l’ADN et la vision NAKED Copenhagen, tout en contribuant à la création d’un ADN NAKED Paris, et tu feras preuve de leadership et d’inventivité hors pair afin de faire de la boutique l’espace avant-gardiste, multiculturel et sneakers féminin de référence.
**Tes missions principales**:
- Piloter commercialement le point de vente aux travers des différents KPI’s et mettre en place les moyens et outils nécessaires à l’atteinte des objectifs
- Recruter, intégrer et faire monter en compétence l’équipe terrain NAKED Paris afin qu’ils soient des ambassadeurs de marques aguerris, apportant une expérience concept-store unique à nos communautés
- En lien avec les équipes Marketing, garantir la bonne animation et le développement de l’esprit NAKED au travers d’activations, de contenus dédiés et de produits spécifiques
- Garantir la bonne mise en place et le suivi de tous les process et s’assurant d’un fonctionnement opérationnel optimal de la boutique sur tous ses aspects inhérents
- Etre le point d’encrage entre les équipes du siège NAKED Copenhagen et les équipes terrain NAKED Paris afin de décliner de manière pertinente la vision du groupe et développer un réseau de magasins cohérent
**Ton profil**:
- Tu es bilingue Français et Anglais
- Tu as une expérience confirmée de 4 ans en pilotage de point de vente et en management d’équipe de taille intermédiaire
- Tu es alerte sur les tendances culturelles sneakers et lifestyle, tu es sensible à toute forme de créativité, et tu sais faire preuve d’initiative et sait prendre tes responsabilités afin de mener tes troupes et la boutique au succès
- Tu as une excellente communication et sait te positionner vis-à-vis d’interlocuteurs de différents niveaux
- Tu es force de proposition et sait trouver des solutions afin de faciliter le quotidien de tes équipes et leur permettre de s’épanouir
Les expériences d’expatriation / de travail à l’étranger sont fortement appréciées.

**Your main missions**:
