En tant que spécialiste Learning & Development, vous serez un membre clé de l'équipe globale « Centre d’expertise Learning & Development » du Groupe Bel. Vous participez activement à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie L&D de l'organisation. Vous jouez un rôle pivot dans l'alignement des initiatives Learning avec les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise et contribuez à une culture d'apprentissage et de développement continu.
Chez Bel, nous sommes convaincus que la formation et le développement (L&D) jouent un rôle crucial dans l'attraction et le développement des talents en fournissant aux collaborateurs les compétences et connaissances nécessaires pour exceller.
**VOS RESPONSABILITES**
Feuille de route L&D : Analyser et aligner les feuilles de route L&D par rapport aux objectifs stratégiques Entreprise/Métiers, en encourageant une culture d'apprentissage continu à travers les géographies et les fonctions.
Learning Delivery : Être un interlocuteur-conseil de premier plan pour les Métiers/Pays sur les contenus pédagogiques Groupe.
Il s’agit de concevoir, coordonner, supporter (ie d’en faire le marketing de l’offre) et déployer des formations globales « Culture », ainsi que d’accompagner les métiers dans la conception de certaines offres dans le respect de nos cahiers des charges.
Animation de communautés internes (Community Management) : Dynamiser la collaboration et le partage de connaissances, organiser des ateliers / événements de formation, faciliter la communication et l'échange d'idées en encourageant les contributions individuelles.
Déploiement des Standards Groupe : Mettre en œuvre et déployer des standards pour les activités de formation, optimiser l'utilisation des ressources et améliorer l'efficacité des programmes de formation.
Gestion budgétaire : Examiner les allocations budgétaires, suivre les optimisations des coûts et gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs pour maximiser l'impact du budget L&D en alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques.
Gestion LMS : Maitriser le système (LMS) pour gagner en efficacité, être force de proposition sur les évolutions techniques pour sans cesse accroitre la qualité et la fiabilité de nos data.
**COMPETENCES CLES**
La gestion des programmes de formation Groupe implique leur opérationnalisation en accord avec les objectifs stratégiques, la gestion des budgets et des fournisseurs, la conception et le développement de formation pour soutenir les initiatives clés.
Pour ce faire, cette personne fait preuve:
- De solides compétences interpersonnelles et de pro-activité pour collaborer efficacement avec des équipes diverses,
- D’une grande capacité d’animation des différentes parties prenantes en faisant preuve d’assertivité quand nécessaire,
- D’une excellente maitrise de l’anglais (niveau C1), langue de travail
- D’excellentes compétences organisationnelles pour gérer plusieurs tâches et initiatives de formation, tout en maintenant un haut niveau de rigueur dans la planification, l'exécution et l'évaluation des programmes de formation,
- D'un haut niveau d'autonomie dans la prise de décisions et est force de proposition dans la simplification/optimisation de nos process,
- D’une vraie appétence pour le volet digital.
