**Position**:
Reporting to the Global Content Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the resourcing and production strategy and processes to deliver all product content assets required across the business to increase visibility, desirability, and business revenue, in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities include:
**Content Planning**:
- Work with local & regional business teams to coordinate the digital content plans according to the business and digital strategy.
- Align the product release calendars to be certain the business is aligned with key product dates.
- Schedule content production in line with trading timelines (on and offline) to maximize effectiveness.
- Work with the Maisons to plan content in collaboration to complement the Maison and portfolio website content strategies.
**Content Production**:
- Work with internal and external producers as required to guarantee production and delivery of required content in accordance with brand guidelines in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ensure quality control checks of all content assets are met in adherence with the charters and guidelines (brand and legal).
- Ensure creative asset briefs are optimized and can be leveraged effectively across multiple platforms and devices.
- Manage and collate the inputs and outputs for all product content: imagery, video, descriptions, taxonomy.
- Play a part in the production pipeline management (agencies, freelancers, writers, photographers).
- Prepare global content for local translations, manage and coordinate workflows.
**Content Collaboration**:
- Ensure your area of the content strategy is aligned with the marketing strategy to maximize traffic acquisition - SEO, PPC, affiliates, retargeting, social media.
- Work with the Maisons and Markets to guarantee all content assets are managed appropriately within the PIM and DAM systems, working closely with the local e-merchandisers to deliver on their needs.
- Work with the PIM and DAM Product Owner to gather business requirements from stakeholders and help transform needs into processes and features.
- Contribute to the digital product lifecycle management
**General Missions**:
- Coordinate with the many internal team(s) to produce and deliver required content according to the content calendar.
- Help to monitor the content budget.
- Keep updated on digital trends and developments.
- Collaborate with fellow stakeholders to identify, develop and improve the brand’s digital content processes.
- Develop effective processes with cross-functional teams to generate efficiencies in our content workflows.
**Profile**:
Education: College degree, preferably in communication, marketing or journalism.
Languages: Fluent in English, both written and verbally. French is highly advantageous.
Qualifications and Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in content marketing, ideally in luxury and/or e-commerce role. Proven studio coordination experience or similar, leading a team of copywriters, retouchers, photographers and videographers in a high-quality production line environment.
- Skills and knowledge:
- Solid experience delivering both operational efficiency and luxury level quality.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with popular content management systems and Web Platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Drupal, Hybris, Magento etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Notions of product data management in a PIM/DAM.
- Basic skills on Adobe Photoshop, Figma and Mural skills.
- Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team.
- Past experience working with creative agencies, content agencies, photographers, etc.
