**La mission**

Le/la Commercial(e) Aftermarket assure le développement des ventes de produits dont il a la responsabilité sur un secteur et ou un ensemble de clients qui lui est attribué dans le respect de la politique commerciale de l’entreprise.

Il / elle applique la politique commerciale, tout en véhiculant une image professionnelle de la société avec le souci permanent de la satisfaction client et du développement de l’activité.

Il / Elle est à l’écoute de ses clients et reste force de proposition pour promouvoir les produits de l’Entreprise.

**Les Activités Professionnelles**

Rattaché(e) au Chef de Ventes, les missions du/ de la Responsable de Secteur sont:

- **Développement**
- Anime les clients de son secteur pour assurer le développement de l’activité.
- Prospecte de nouveaux marchés, de nouveaux clients.
- **Administration**
- Etablit et maintient à jour le plan de vente sous l’autorité du Chef des Ventes.
- Fait le suivi mensuel des Opportunité Nouveaux Clients, des Top Clients (20/80 du CA).
- S’assure de la solvabilité des clients.
- Etablit chaque semaine un planning prévisionnel d’activité.
- Etablit le rapport hebdomadaire d’activité avec mention des visites et contacts clients.
- Organise une veille permanente sur son secteur et remonte les informations sur la concurrence et sur les clients.

**Les Compétences Techniques requises**
- Microsoft Pack office
- Maitrise de la négociation
- Une connaissance approfondie des produits de la Société
- Langues : Anglais usuel, comprendre les correspondances écrites en anglais, savoir utiliser une notice technique en anglais.
