As** Regional Sales Manager (M/F/d) Pharma **for our therapeutical products you will hold a strategically important position for the realization of this vision. As an important part of the French Merz Therapeutics Leadership Team, you will demonstrate new perspectives and expand our success-oriented "best in class" sales culture. The following tasks are within your span of responsibility:

- Management, development and staffing of the French sales team in the area of our therapeutical products
- Development and implementation of the commercial strategy of Merz Therapeutics France
- Resource planning on national level as well as continuous review of visit and activity planning on account level to ensure a smooth sales process
- Strengthening customer relationships as relationship manager
- Continuous monitoring, analysis and assessment of the market situation and competition in close cooperation with Marketing and Medical
- Define and plan annual operational sales objectives (qualitative and quantitative)
- Creation and tracking of account plans, budgeting, KPIs and implementation of marketing, project and training activities
- Monitoring, implementation and efficiency improvement of local sales and marketing strategy as well as conducting commercial negotiations with key accounts

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelor (ideally Master’s degree) in Science, Medical, Business Management, Business Administration or Marketing
- Broad experience in the commercial field with knowledge of the drug environment, hospital operations (tender management) and financing methods
- Mandatory knowledge on how to implement and drive « certification/charte de la visite médicale »
- Mastery of CRM tools, such as Veeva, Vault, Event etc.
- Skilled in using the Office package (PowerPoint, Excel) and open for new digital initiative
- Fluent in business English
- Passionate for sales with customer and patient orientation
- Enthusiastic personality, easily drive meetings and discussions
- Leadership experience in a dynamic business environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry and the ability to move and inspire a sales team in unified directions. Fully involved in the business, you lead the team by examples.
- Professional presentation capabilities to represent the company in front of the clients and employees
- Exceptional communication skills, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit and convincing negotiation abilities
