**MISSION - CDD de 6 mois**:
Vous développez l’excellence de la relation clients des marchés stratégiques dont vous avez la responsabilité.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:
Par ailleurs vous mettez en place des solutions efficaces pour résoudre les problèmes, et vous traitez directement les situations difficiles avec les clients et les services concernés si nécessaire.

Vous établirez des relations fortes avec les parties concernées, lors du suivi de vos chargements.

**PROFIL ET COMPÉTENCES**:
Titulaire d’un Master 2 en Commerce International, Transport ou Logistique, vous avez une expérience d’au moins 5 ans en commerce ou service client.

L’anglais est votre langue de travail à l’oral comme à l’écrit.

Vous êtes proactif et votre aisance relationnelle, votre expertise, votre sens de l’anticipation, votre réactivité et vos capacités d’analyse vous permettront de mener avec succès les missions de ce poste.
