L’EQUIPE

Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire de Juillet à Décembre 2024 (6 mois) au sein de notre département « Technologies et Innovation ».

L’équipe
_Technologie et Innovation_ de Norton Rose Fulbright Paris compte 1 associé, 1 counsel, et 3 collaborateurs intervenants régulièrement dans le secteur des médias, de l’informatique et des télécoms.

Les dossiers traités par le département (conseil, contrat et contentieux) portent notamment sur le droit de l’informatique et des communications électroniques (y incluant la réglementation en matière de télécommunications, de NTIC et de e-commerce, et de données à caractère personnel), des opérations d’externalisation et d’offshoring, et de la propriété intellectuelle.
- Missions_

Dans le cadre du stage proposé, les stagiaires pourront notamment être amenés à effectuer des recherches juridiques, rédiger des consultations juridiques, participer à la rédaction et à la négociation des contrats, et intervenir dans le cadre de dossiers contentieux et précontentieux, que ce soit en français ou en anglais, participer à des audits et, de façon plus générale, assister les collaborateurs et les associés dans la gestion quotidienne de leurs dossiers.
- Profil_

Elève-avocat ou étudiant en master 2 spécialisé en droit de l’informatique, des télécoms et/ou nouvelles technologies (incluant le droit de la propriété intellectuelle et le droit de la protection des données à caractère personnel) et en droit des contrats. Les stagiaires devront disposer de solides connaissances juridiques complétées, le cas échéant, par une double formation (école de commerce, IEP, université anglo-saxonne).

La maîtrise de l’anglais est impérative.
