Proclinical are recruiting a Senior Manager Sales Operations for a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Paris.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage execution of local Commercial Field Communications, ensuring content is appropriately reviewed and approved prior to distribution
- Partner with HR and IT on routine field roster management deliverables
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding logistics and communications for local Commercial field-based employees in collaboration with HR, IT, and other stakeholders
- Partner with Commercial Training to coordinate and deliver elements of new hire training for local Commercial employees (e.g. corporate systems, programs, Mobile Apps, Fleet Administration, etc.), and ensure smooth introduction to the organization
- Execute local field sizing, alignments, targeting, segmentation and incentive compensation analyses in partnership with local and above-market analytics teams
- Partner with Marketing Operations and IT to coordinate localization and availability of promotional materials for local teams, ensuring compliance with Medical, Legal, Regulatory review processes (MLR)
- Support local HCP Contracting requests in partnership with Above-Market stakeholders for various engagements (Advisory Boards, Consulting Agreements, etc.)
- Partner with Meetings & Events management to help coordinate local meetings and requests for funding (exhibits, sponsorships and corporate memberships)
- Manage day-to-day relationships with local Commercial field teams and stakeholders to proactively address and remediate issues
- Ensure all deliverables are consistently aligned with internal and external policies and procedures
**Key Skills and Requirements**:
- Understanding of French biopharmaceutical Commercial market dynamics, laws and regulations
- Functional field support experience in French market
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to problem solve and collaborate with all levels of management, vendors and field-based employees
- Strong organizational, project management, change management and presentation skills
- Ability to deliver against deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Veeva
- French & English speaking required
- Prior experience in a biopharmaceutical field sales role is desirable
