Vous êtes chargé de **structurer la démarche commerciale**, de **construire un vrai référentiel commun** qui permettra d'**harmoniser la méthodologie** sur l'ensemble des étapes de vente, de gagner en efficacité et en pertinence.

**Vos missions**
- Développer votre vision sur une organisation optimale et structurée le BtoB (relations entreprises)
- Structurer les process et les discours commerciaux
- Définir les best practices et suivre la mise en oeuvre en BtoC et en BtoB
- Effectuer les premiers recrutements clés des commerciaux et responsables d'équipe
- Mettre en place les dashboard individuels et collectifs de pilotage de performances
- Travailler avec l'équipe marketing pour développer le BtoB
- Fédérer et motiver les équipes autour d'un projet et d'objectifs communs

Localisation du poste : Aix en Provence ou Toulon

Territoire à couvrir : Aix/Toulon/Paris
