**RESPONSABILITES**:
**Visibilité Smart Reefer**:
Mise en œuvre du support client

**Organisation et mise en œuvre du support de niveau 1**: accès plateforme, ouverture de comptes et questions simples sur les data

Coordination du support de niveau 2 (complex reefer data) en coordination avec le département Reefer

Support à la vente

Promotion de la visibilité en interne et en externe

Relation avec les clients finaux (démonstrations, explications techniques )

Design plateforme visibilité

Relation technique et commerciale avec le fournisseur EMERSON pour la partie Interface visibilité (la partie boitier reste coordonnée par la log)

Suivi du projet de plateforme Transvoyant

Gestion opérationnelle

Adaptation de la stratégie commerciale aux flux et stocks de Smart Reefer et de boitiers RMM-W (en coordination avec la log reefer)

Coordination de l’exécution avec la log reefer et le département reefer (commande de boitier, discussions sur la stratégie d’équipement, etc.)

**Visibilité Smart Dry**:
Backup gestion opérationnelle et technique de l’équipe existante (important dans le cadre de la montée en puissance du service en 2ème partie d’année)

Veille produits IOT, fournisseurs de plateformes

**PROFIL ET QUALIFICATIONS**:
Vous êtes titulaire d'un BAC+5 (Master) en commerce, logistique ou transport avec une première expérience dans des activités commerciales ou marketing, d'au moins deux ans, idéalement dans un environnement maritime.

Vous parlez couramment l'anglais et vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l'informatique et des outils Office (notamment Excel).

Vous êtes organisé(e) et autonome, avec des compétences entrepreneuriales.

Vos qualités relationnelles, votre sens de la communication et votre esprit d'équipe vous permettent de réussir dans votre mission.
