**We are looking for an HR Apprentice to join our team**

Our **Group Operations** activity is looking for an HR Apprentice** **for its Headquarters based in Nanterre.

In the headcourter of Forvia, you will be reporting directly to the Group Ops HR VP on several HR projects within the Talent Management team.

**You will be working on challenges that matter**

Your missions:
**Main responsibilities**
- Follow Up on HR KPIs for Group Operations across BGs
- People and Data Analytics
- Participate in HR Transformation Projects
- Lead Gender Diversity initiatives and events

**What if it were you?**

Currently pursuing a master’s degree in HR or relevant fields

And have:

- The ability to use Excel and analytical skills
- Good Presentation Skills
- Great communication skills
- Full proficiency in English is mandatory
- A first experience in Human Resources or Data analysis in an international environment is a plus

**Contract Duration**:
1 to 2 years contract
