Depuis plusieurs années, le Groupe Capgemini est partenaire de l’éditeur mondial des solutions de gestion d’entreprise IFS. Nous accompagnons nos clients dans la mise en place de la solution de la phase amont, cadrage de projet, et de mise en œuvre (Build) et déploiement (roll out) jusqu’à la phase de maintenance.
**Votre rôle**:
En tant que Manager de projet, vous aurez l’entière responsabilité du pilotage d’un projet ou programme. Vos principales missions seront de rencontrer nos clients et prospects, comprendre et analyser leurs besoins et participer aux actions suivantes:
- Pilotage de l’ensemble des flux et activités concourant aux résultats attendus
- Cadrage en amont des projets et conduite des missions d'expertise au forfait, en Agile et en mode delivery distribué
- Être garant de l'adéquation entre les besoins du client et l'implémentation de la solution
- S'assurer de la réussite financière du projet en pilotant les coûts
- Rédaction des documents et rapports associés à la conduite de ces missions (planning du projet, du budget, de l’organisation, du plan de charge et des affectations des collaborateurs en vue du delivery, animation des présentations nécessaires à la conduite du projet)
- Support aux équipes dans les activités de conception et formations aux utilisateurs grâce à votre expertise technique.
- Faire de la veille technologique et se tenir à jour des évolutions techniques
- Développer le capital humain de vos équipes sur les projets, et faire grandir nos collaborateurs au sein de nos projets.

**Votre profil**:
Vous disposez d’un parcours professionnel total de minimum 8 ans en gestion de projet autour de la solution IFS.
Votre expérience dans la direction projets / contrats de maintenance applicative vous a permis de diriger des équipes de Delivery, de gérer le budget et de piloter la relation client.
Professionnel du secteur des services informatiques, vous avez déjà participé à des avant-ventes, et êtes en capacité d'identifier des projets complémentaires et de faire du business additionnel.
Vous êtes orienté service et travail en équipe pluriculturelle et à votre aise pour communiquer au quotidien en français et anglais.
Vous disposez d'une expertise métier et solution dans le domaine de la finance, de la gestion de projet, de la supply chain, du field services ou de la maintenance des équipements (maintenance préventive, planning de maintenance, équipements...).
