**Job Description**:
JOB DESCRIPTION - PARTNER SUCCESS MANAGER
- Development and improvement of internal tools for our Partners
- Expand the relationships with existing partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their requirements and goals
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by the partner and deal with complaints to maintain trust

The Partner Success Manager is responsible for building and maintaining sustainable IFS partner relationships from a lifecycle services perspective. This is done by intense collaboration and creating trusted relationships with our partners to align with their business development and knowledge requirements and development plans and at the same time aligning it with IFS growth plans. Intimate knowledge of our partners' business development and goals with a seamless integration of IFS products and services, Partner retention and partner growth are all key deliverables in this position. For certain Partners (especially Global SI’s), close collaboration with the Partner & Channel team will be essential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Building Partner Relationships with key partners to align mutual goals and delivery requirements.
- Serve as the link of communication between IFS partners and internal teams
- Serve as a “voice of partners” the gathering and understanding of all streams of feedback to improve the quality and experience of delivered services and be the internal catalyst of improvements initiatives
- Engage with partner in the planning of portfolio of engagements, cross-group collaboration, resource orchestration and knowledge management, communications
- Engage to understand the Partner business and technical strategy and competence plan together and communicate within IFS to ensure transparency and quality across the delivery.
- Focus ensuring the Partner can delivery value to your customers and successfully maximize the value they receive from IFS solutions and attain their business outcomes through subscription services.
- Forecast and key partner metrics and focus on commitments and prepaid packages

**Qualifications**:
OVERALL REQUIRED COMPETENCE (DETAIL IN APPENDIX - JOB PROFILE)
- Strong leadership skills - This role requires strong communication skills, as well as displaying executive presence and confidence in varying levels of customer situations
- Collaboration and Communication - Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with verbal and written communication. Strong presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences and various levels of management (Senior Executives, IT management, Database administrators and Data Scientist).
- Relationship Building - Adopts a “human first” approach to all activities and able to put themselves in the partners shoes. Understands partner needs clear communication and customer commitment.
- Passion for creating a strong relationships and satisfaction
- Prescriptive approach - Uses a prescriptive approach to drive partner decisions and align key stakeholders towards action including challenging customers to change course when needed.
- Commercially Aware - Both in terms of understanding the Partner business as well as the commercial relationship between IFS and it’s the partner.
- Proactive Problem Solving - Proactively manages and owns the work process to drive desired outcomes, prioritizes work by focusing on what’s important.
- Product and use-case knowledge - Knowledge of supported products and being able to identify how they solve key use cases and challenges for the partners.
- Cross-functional collaboration - Effectively collaborates with other colleagues and teams to drive customer outcomes and company outcomes.
