**Job summary**:
We are launching a brand incubator under the leadership of Thomas Owadenko, former CEO of a 60-person company that raised €10 million. Our mission is to create and launch our own cosmetic brands, with initial launches scheduled at Monoprix and Carrefour in November, followed by expansions into the US market. We are ambitious, entrepreneurial, international, and digital-focused.
**Scope**
Responsible for supporting the launch and development of new cosmetic brands under the IBG Own Brand Project
Involved in market research, marketing strategy development, and execution.
Assisting in project management and coordination with international teams.
Providing administrative support and contributing innovative ideas to drive project success.
Ensuring alignment with IBG's ambitious, entrepreneurial, and digital-focused vision.
**Main activities**
Assist in the development and launch of new cosmetic brands.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Support the creation and execution of marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
Provide administrative support to the project leaders.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
Help coordinate with international teams and external partners.

Hands-on experience in launching cosmetic brands.

Interest in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency in digital tools and platforms. (Excel, Powerpoint, Goole Slides, Notion etc.)
Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
