Descriptif du poste

Mise en service des équipements sur site client à travers la France;
Organisation des installations (planning, contact client, logistique, );
Maintenance et réparation des équipements sur site client;
Information et/ou formation des équipes techniques du client sur la maintenance et la prise en main des équipements;
Rédaction des modes opératoires correspondants, comptes-rendus et suivi d actions ;
Participation à l amélioration et l industrialisation des produits de la société;
Elaboration des documentations techniques accessibles pour les clients ;
Formation des agents et distributeurs dans les actions d installation et de mise en service;
Reporting auprès du responsable et des services concernés, de l'ensemble des informations recueillies permettant d'améliorer la qualité des produits et la satisfaction du client;
Suivi de la satisfaction client et travail en coopération avec l'équipe commerciale.

Profil recherché
- Compétences en électrotechnique, mécanique, ou expérience équivalente;
- Formation technique avec une forte expérience terrain;
- Connaissance des équipements de découpe du verre;
- Expérience de travail en "mode itinérant";
- Sensibilité client marquée et sens du service;
- Capacité à voyager à travers la France de manière soutenue.
