**Airbus Helicopters** recherche un **Operation services manager** (f/h)** pour rejoindre notre Département Connected Services basé à **Marignane, France**.

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe qui développe des services connectés pour nos clients. Au sein de Product Management Connected Services, vous serez impliqué(e) dans l'analyse de l'utilisation opérationnelle de nos produits visant à obtenir la satisfaction de nos clients.

Pour réaliser ces analyses opérationnelles, vous disposerez d'outils tels que logs, outils de monitoring de scénarios utilisateurs, surveillances déployées sur nos infrastructures, indicateurs tels que Splunk, etc?

Vous serez en lien avec les product owners. Les retours opérationnels que vous ferez, pourront être utilisés comme inputs à l'évolution des spécifications fonctionnelles des produits que vous supervisez.

Votre expérience de la relation client vous permettra d'établir des relations de confiance avec nos clients. Dans ces contextes, vous devrez animer la collaboration avec les sites clients, le support utilisateurs, les PSO, les filiales Airbus Helicopters, ?

La capacité à s'approprier les enjeux opérationnels clients est clé dans cette mission. De l'autre côté, vous apportez au client les éléments de compréhension de nos services et enablers, les capacités d'évolution, les limites techniques, afin d'installer un dialogue mature et serein en tout contexte.

Vous avez une compréhension fine des contrats et des engagements qui nous lient à nos clients.

Vous devrez avoir des connaissances de la sécurité des vols. Une expérience en tant que support au segment SMS (safety management system) peut constituer un atout sérieux. De même, des connaissances en maintenance corrective pour le secteur aéronautique seront appréciées.

Vous êtes prêt à voyager pour aller à la rencontre de nos clients et filiales dans certains contextes stratégiques.
