**Responsable Achats ESG F/H**

Le « Sustainable Procurement Lead » est chargé de définir et de mettre en œuvre une nouvelle méthode pour identifier, sélectionner et suivre nos fournisseurs et nos opérations externes en se coordonnant avec la stratégie ESG du Groupe AXA, dans le but d'intégrer les considérations environnementales ainsi que l’inclusion et la diversité dans les relations avec nos fournisseurs.

Quelles sont les responsabilités du poste ?
- Définir et élaborer une stratégie ESG pour notre Supply Chain au sein d'une organisation matricielle et en accord avec la feuille de route du groupe AXA.
- Diriger le programme ESG et diversité, y compris la définition et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie pluriannuelle GSP, la coordination avec les équipes concernées et la gestion des processus courants.
- Suivre la mise en œuvre des actions existantes et veiller à leur compréhension et à leur amélioration : évaluations EcoVadis, inclusion de critères de responsabilité sociale dans les appels d'offres, négociations sur les clauses de responsabilité sociale.
- Soutenir toutes les initiatives AXA liées au champ de la responsabilité des achats : durabilité numérique, gestion des initiatives d'achats D&I (Diversité et Inclusion).
- Effectuer une comparaison avec des entreprises externes et des agences pour évaluer notre politique et nos actions et identifier des opportunités.

Nous recherchons le background/ type de profil suivant:

- +10 ans d'expérience directe dans les fonctions d'approvisionnement et de sourcing et/ou ESG.
- Capacité démontrée à diriger de manière collaborative des projets de changement.
- Passion pour la transition environnementale.
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en analyse.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion des personnes - Capacité à impliquer toutes les parties prenantes, du terrain à la haute direction.
- Compétent dans l'utilisation de divers outils d'analyse et de data visualisation.
- Expérience technique et/ou appréciation de la réalisation d'examens ESG et de reporting conformément à toutes les normes internationales.
- Compréhension approfondie des stratégies de durabilité des entreprises et de la gestion du changement, avec la crédibilité pour discuter et convaincre les équipes de direction des sociétés du portefeuille de la création de valeur ESG.
- Capacité à influencer et à mobiliser ; aptitude à établir des relations et à gagner en crédibilité.
- Master en ingénierie ou en administration des affaires.
