Au sein du département **Learning & Development**, vous intégrez l’entité Missile Systems University (MSU) en charge de définir et d’exécuter les obligations contractuelles de MBDA en matière de transfert de savoirs et de compétences génériques dans le cadre de programme de coopération ou de contrat de compensations industrielles. Vous évoluez dans un **environnement multiculturel et international**.
**Les missions principales du poste**:
- Définir des programmes de Transfer of Knowledge (ToK) majeurs recouvrant les métiers, les technologies et les savoir-faire clés de MBDA visant à soutenir le Transfert de Technologie (ToT) d’une/des capacité(s) technologique(s) et industrielle(s) en local chez le partenaire/client export.
- Piloter l'exécution du Transfer of Knowledge (ToK) en tenant compte de la stratégie mise en œuvre et des spécificités locales,
- Contribuer à la montée en compétences du pays export en matière de développement des systèmes d'armes.
- Anticiper les potentiels risques qui pourraient compromettre l'implémentation du Transfer of Knowledge (ToK) chez le partenaire/client export.
- Préparer les documents demandés dans la phase de réponse à appel d’offres (stratégie, feuille de route, programme, devis etc ),
- Défendre en interne/externe les solutions/programmes retenus en gardant comme objectif le respect des coûts et la satisfaction du client,
- Assurer les interfaces en externe (client domestique et export, partenaire industriel ainsi qu’avec les institutions éducatives), en interne MBDA (Engineering, Secteurs Programmes, Achats, Finances) et avec les fournisseurs (prestataires logistiques, organismes de formation ),
- Piloter des projets d’ingénierie de formation (Conception et développement des supports de cours),
- Animer et développer la communauté de formateurs de MBDA France impliquée dans les projets MSU
- Identifier des objectifs pédagogiques applicables aux formations,
- Introduire de nouveaux matériels et techniques pédagogiques pour améliorer l’interactivité entre les formateurs et les apprenants,
- Obtenir les autorisations d’export auprès des autorités étatiques (MoDs) avec le soutien des équipes ITCO quand cela est nécessaire,
- Définir et mettre en œuvre l'ensemble des actions qui assurent durant tout le séjour des clients/partenaires un accueil de qualité,
- Identifier les risques pouvant impacter le bon déroulement du projet. Définir les actions préventives ou correctives permettant d'éviter ces risques ou de réduire leurs effets,
- Contribuer au développement de l’activité MSU
- Assurer des missions transversales au profit du département L&D.
**Environnements du poste (déplacements, contexte international, etc )**
- Le poste nécessite de nombreuses interactions en interne et notamment avec la direction Engineering, Support Client, Secteurs Programmes, Achats, Finances. En externe avec les clients Exports et partenaires industriels, les universités et académies.
- Déplacements en Europe et à l’international dans les pays clients exports de MBDA en fonction des contrats,
- Habilitation Secret.
Diplômé(e) d'une **Ecole d'Ingénieur **ou d'un BAC+5 en **gestion de projet international** avec un intérêt marqué pour la formation et la pédagogie, vous disposez d'une expérience d'environ 7 à 10 ans, dont une partie acquise à l'international.
Le poste nécessite la pratique courant de l'anglais et la maîtrise d'une autre langue serait un plus : italien, espagnol, arabe.
Vous avez conduit des **projets multi-disciplinaires** et disposez d'une maîtrise des processus CLC1/CL2, CMC1 et CMC2 et du cycle de vie des produits (PGi à PG5) et avez l'habitude de recueillir et analyser les besoins des interlocuteurs internes et externes. En lien avec des acteurs majeurs, vous aurez un rôle de représentation et de négociation, qui nécessitera de convaincre et de faire adhérer.
Doté d'un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, vous avez également un bon relationnel et une aisance dans les relations multiculturelles avec des interlocuteurs internes ou externes. Le travail en équipe, l'autonomie et la flexibilité sont également des qualités que vous pourrez mettre en oeuvre.
