- Educational Objectives: Establish clear educational goals for training initiatives.
- Innovative Teaching: Introduce advanced teaching materials and methodologies to enhance interactions between trainers and learners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various internal departments to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain support from both internal and external stakeholders.
Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in project management or technical training within a demanding industrial or consulting environment. Familiarity with pedagogical design processes is beneficial. Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential for effective communication with a diverse range of internal and external partners.
