**Description du poste**:
Pour accompagner la croissance de TEHTRIS en développant le business, tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec nos Sales et l'équipe de développement business en apportant tes compétences sur les dimensions suivantes:
- ** Le paramètrage de notre CRM Salesforce et son évolution**: actualisation des bases de données prospects, clients et partenaires afin de permettre un suivi efficace et optimal des dossiers. Ton objectif est de veiller au bon déroulement du cycle de vente : depuis le premier devis, jusqu’à la réception de la commande du client et sa livraison.
- ** La préparation du reporting et le suivi des KPIs **pour différentes parties prenantes (direction par exemple).
- ** La gestion des devis, contrats et bons de commandes** dans notre CRM Salesforce.
- ** L’actualisation des documents fondamentaux business** (catalogues de prix, supports de formation vente et AVV etc.), le suivi des process par l'ensemble de l'équipe
Tu es en relation avec l'ensemble de l'équipe business et es rattaché(e) à l’équipe **Offer & Sales Project Administrator**.
**Profil recherché**:
Diplômé(e) d’un **Bac+3/4, **tu as **2 ans d’expérience** minimum en **administration des ventes**.
**Tu connais parfaitement l'outils Salesforce **et tu maîtrises le français et l’anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
Tu aimes accompagner des équipes Front, tu disposes d'un **excellent relationnel**
Tu souhaites être en **100% télétravail **depuis la France,
ou
Tu es mobile en région parisienne et souhaite un **poste en hybride **(télétravail / bureau).
