**What is the role?**
**Subsea7 **are looking for a Technology Group Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis located in our Suresnes, Paris office. This role will be to support the Head of Technology with the management of the overall department and lead the Technology Admin team.
As a Technology Group Administrator you will support the Technology managers (both Strategic and Country) with Budget management (OPEX, CAPEX, External Funding). The role is part of the Technology Admin team. The Technology Group Administrator is responsible for the accounting function and the Project log.
**What will your responsibilities involve?**
- Prepare and manage overall technology budget
- Manage monthly reporting from Strategic Technology Managers, Request for Capital Expenditure (RCE) proposals and external grant funding (Client and Government) opportunities
- Supports Head of technology with financial reporting to Executive Technology Steering committee
- Input to Departmental KPIs (Finance)
- Ensure knowledge management systems are fully utilised and continuously developed
- Support Function Manager with Tax Reclaim and Government reporting
**What are we looking for?**
- You should have relevant experience in a similar role
- Ideally you will be a member of a professional recognised body
- You will have experience in financial management and reporting in SAP
- Experience with excel, PowerBi dashboards and Sharepoint
