Project Description:
Join our HCM consulting team to drive digital transformation and process improvement for our clients using SAP SuccessFactors. As a Consultant, you'll be instrumental in implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Responsibilities:

- Analyze client needs and design tailored SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet specific requirements.
- Manage end-to-end project implementation ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Train and support users to ensure successful solution adoption.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure project success.
- Mandatory Skills:

- SAP Human Capital Management
- Mandatory Skills Description:

- Degree from a top engineering or business school.
- At least 5 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with expertise in multiple modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management System).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Excellent understanding of HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors integration.
- Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication skills.
- Languages:

- English: B2 Upper Intermediate
- French: C2 Proficient
