**Relyens recrute un OPERATION MANAGER F/H dans le cadre d'un CDI, basé à Lyon.**
**Mission générale**
- Soutenir et améliorer le processus décisionnel interne pour le Centre d'activité Risques RH en concevant et en analysant des tableaux de bord, reporting et indicateurs pour accompagner le pilotage opérationnel et technique,
- Optimiser et rationaliser les pratiques en coordonnant les différents projets et initiatives internes impactant,
- Contribuer activement à des projets et activités transverses Groupe en coopération avec les Operations Managers des autres Business unit / Centre d'activités pour la bonne déclinaison de la stratégie et des enjeux du groupe.
**Activités principales**
- Accompagner les managers dans le pilotage de leurs activités avec la construction d’indicateurs adaptés,
- Etre le porteur de toutes les initiatives et demandes liées aux projets de construction et de développement de tableaux de bords pour le suivi des performances opérationnelles et techniques du portefeuille d'assurance,
- Concevoir, faire vivre et mettre à disposition avec le bon niveau d’explication les reporting & analyses qui serviront de base aux utilisateurs (managers, direction opérationnelle, direction générale,), en assurant un dialogue constant avec la souscription, la gestion des sinistres, les actuaires etc ,
- Analyser les résultats avec les métiers et définir ensemble un plan d’actions d’amélioration continue,
- Coordonner avec l’ensemble des métiers les projets et initiatives ayant un impact sur les processus d'assurance (techniques et/ou opérationnels) et les outils de gestion (évolutions, changements,),
- Améliorer et réviser les processus d'assurance en pleine cohérence avec les objectifs et les besoins des fonctions techniques internes (au niveau de la Business unit et du groupe) et en cohérence avec les initiatives, activités et projets portés par les fonctions supports (Informatique, Contrôle Interne, Contrôle financier,).
- Partager et diffuser les bonnes pratiques.
**Votre profil**
De formation supérieure, vous disposez d’ une expérience significative sur un poste similaire. Une bonne connaissance de l'environnement assuranciel est indispensable.
Vous maitrisez parfaitement Power BI et Excel.
Rigoureux(se), organisé(e), autonome, vous êtes doté(e) d’un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.
Enfin, vous savez faire preuve de pédagogie.
