Lancée en 2018, cette start-up de la retail tech experte de la data de trafic en magasin permet de mesurer l’impact des campagnes médias sur le trafic en points de vente.

Sa solution est basée sur la donnée la plus fiable du marché grâce à un réseau de balises déployées en magasins. Elle structure ces données de visite et permet à ses clients (annonceurs et agences), de mesurer et d’optimiser la performance de leurs campagnes médias.

Actuellement en hyper-croissance, sa présence sur le marché est allée plus vite que sa renommée et elle souhaite aujourd’hui renforcer son équipe en recrutant un nouveau Customer Success Manager.

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

En tant que Customer Success Manager, tu seras directement rattaché(e) au fondateur et au Directeur des Opérations et tu auras pour objectif d’accompagner tes clients au quotidien en participant également aux différents projets de R&D.

À ce titre, tu auras pour missions de:
Gérer ton portefeuille clients pour améliorer le succès et la satisfaction globale

Accompagner tes clients et les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs

Analyser les rapports de mesure auprès de tes clients et leur proposer des recommandations en conséquence

Gérer l’onboarding de tes clients sur la plateforme et t’assurer de la bonne adoption du produit

Assurer la satisfaction de tes clients au quotidien via diverses actions de fidélisation pour éviter le churn

Détecter les opportunités d’upsell et cross-sell à transmettre ensuite aux sales

Travailler sur les sujets R&D en faisant des tests auprès de tes clients

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Tu es impérativement diplômé(e) d’une grande école de commerce (type ESSEC, ESCP, HEC, EDHEC, EMLYON )

Tu as idéalement une première expérience en tant que CSM auprès de clients grands comptes

Tu es analytique, structuré(e) et rigoureux(se)

Tu aimes la logique de test and learn afin de participer à plusieurs projets en lien avec la R&D pour améliorer le produit

Tu as un excellent relationnel et tu es capable d’échanger avec des interlocuteurs C-level

Tu es orienté(e) satisfaction client et tu es force de proposition pour garantir leur satisfaction

Enfin, tu es intéressé(e) par l’entrepreneuriat et tu souhaites vivre de près les phases d’une start-up en pleine expansion
