**Join us as a **Business Development Project Manager**
**What you will be doing**
This role is based at our offices in Lyon, where - along with all the key people - as an active member of Satispay, you will be a core member of the Business Developmen Team, helping fuel the growth of the Satispay Group (Italy, Luxembourg, France and soon other countries) in activities such as:
- Manage the Director of New Markets' calendar, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are properly scheduled and organized.
- Office Management and Local Finance Tasks
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required, ensuring that all materials are accurate, professional, and completed in a timely manner.
- Act as a liaison between the Director of International Markets and other internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, partners, and customers.
- Organize and coordinate events, including meetings, conferences, and social events.
- Conduct research and analysis as required to support the Director of International Markets in making strategic decisions.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

You have:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
You are:
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder
- A very quick learner and adapts fast
- Enthusiastic about taking on new challenges and to work under pressure in a fast-paced international environment
- Proactive thinker, with the ability to 'think outside the box'
- Results-oriented, easy-going, entrepreneurial and passionate about your work
- Excellent organizer, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Knowledge of French or other European languages is considered a plus.
**Logistic & Salary**
The role is based in Lyon with a hybrid work policy.
This is a Junior Role and the salary will be commensurate with experience.
Stock option plan available.
