Description du poste
**We are looking for a Consumer Insight Specialist W/M to**:
- In close collaboration with respective marketing manager(s), develop and implement marketing tools that deliver on commercial and marketing Key Business Drivers (KBDs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure the brand is always presented to trade and consumers within brand equity guidelines.
- Provide regular updates on marketing plan, KPI progress and results.
- Track and monitor brand budgets to ensure marketing programs are delivered within spending targets. Manage the PO and invoices process.
Depending on role scope and focus, one or more of the following:
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate to ensure digital marketing programs are seamlessly integrated into the seasonal GTM plans.
- PR: Create and execute seasonal PR plans that place Amer Sports brands products/athletes into relevant consumer and trade media channels.
- Sports Marketing: Create and execute sports and community marketing programs that support the overall GTM plan and marketing KPI’s.
- Trade Marketing: In collaboration with the country Strategic Account Manager, adapt marketing strategies in the creation of Key Account marketing plans that help support and deliver commercial KPI’s.

- Définir les méthodologies et les projets "consumer insight" en fonction des priorités de la marque Salomon._
- _ Développer en collaboration avec les catégories, le plan d'insight consommateur pour l'année n + 1._
- _ Mettre en place, communiquer et mettre à jour la méthodologie._
- _ Evaluer et proposer des améliorations du processus chaque année._

- _ Mettre en place différents types d'études pour informer l'entreprise :_
- _ Équité de la marque_
- _ Test de produits / concepts_
- _ Profils des consommateurs / segmentation_
- _ Développement de produits_
- _ Expérience de Salomon_
- _ Gérer les délais et respecter le budget._
**_ Préparer et présenter les résultats_**
- _ Créer des synergies avec les études de marché au sein de l'organisation pour mettre en perspective les résultats des études._
- _ Faciliter la mise en œuvre des conclusions des études._
- _ Développer et améliorer le processus d'étude des consommateurs pour contribuer à créer une culture plus " centrée sur le consommateur "._
