Staphyt’s Regulatory Affairs Division supports our clients in bringing plant protection, plant nutrition, biocide and REACH chemical products to the market. We help clients understand and address the EU & UK regulatory requirements for chemical or biological active substances and products.

We support our clients throughout the full regulatory process, from providing advice on strategy, data requirements and setting up studies, through to preparation of dossiers and any post submission support needed.

L'objectif de ce poste est de fournir des services de haute qualité et rentables aux clients, en fournissant des conseils en matière de réglementation et en atteignant les objectifs réglementaires du client grâce à une gestion efficace des projets. Une compréhension complète des exigences réglementaires et du processus d'approbation des produits chimiques dans l'UE.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les responsables du développement commercial, les responsables de la réglementation et les équipes d'experts scientifiques. Une approche commune et cohérente est nécessaire dans tous les domaines d'expertise, une communication proactive et de solides compétences en matière de travail en équipe sont donc essentielles.

**Principales tâches**:

- Préparation des fiches de données de sécurité, classification CLP et notifications aux centres antipoison.
- Révision des étiquettes
- Veille réglementaire
- Gestion des projets réglementaires
- Diverses autres tâches liées à l'enregistrement des produits chimiques en Europe et à la recherche documentaire
- Diverses autres tâches liées à l'enregistrement national en Allemagne et en Autriche

**Profil**:
Compétences et expérience requises:
**Essentiel**
- Diplôme scientifique pertinent
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur REACH du régime réglementaire de l'UE, de préférence acquise dans l'industrie et/ou dans le conseil.
- Capacité à comprendre et à interpréter avec précision les exigences réglementaires afin de tirer des conclusions scientifiques et réglementaires appropriées et de fournir des conseils et une stratégie aux clients.
- Solide connaissance des réglementations et des processus REACH et CLP
- Avoir une expérience avérée dans l'établissement de relations fructueuses avec les acteurs de ce secteur, ainsi qu'avec les autorités de régulation
- Bonne maîtrise des outils clés (IUCLID)
- Être indépendant et motivé, capable de travailler efficacement à distance mais également de s'intégrer étroitement au sein d'une équipe géographiquement dispersée.
- Joueur d'équipe, doté de solides compétences décisionnelles et désireux de travailler dans un environnement commercial international.
- Avoir une bonne attention aux détails
- Capacité à travailler en partenariat avec les clients, ainsi qu'avec les CRO et autres fournisseurs tiers
- Soyez un bon communicateur
- Un haut niveau d'anglais écrit et parlé

**Souhaitable**
- Compréhension ou expertise d'autres cadres réglementaires « de type REACH » dans d'autres juridictions, en particulier K-REACH
- Une expérience en gestion SIEF serait également appréciée
- Du télétravail occasionnel pourra également être mis en place._
