**The Role?**
As an **E-Commerce Business Development Manager**, you will develop and implement the overall E-Commerce market strategy for H.B. Fuller in greater Europe. Additionally, ensure alignment with global strategy by collaborating with the commercial team in Greater Europe, global E-commerce Business Manager, regional technical experts, and strategic account managers through the execution of a plan that ensures HBF products/services will be chosen by E-Retailers, brand owners, packaging suppliers, book manufacturers, distributors and by OEMs/AEMs in this space.

**What will YOU do?**
- In alignment with the Global E-Commerce Strategy, develop the Greater Europe E-Commerce strategy, including HBF value proposition, product line, target markets, target customers, sales targets, innovation strategy and marketing plan.
- Collaborate with E-Retailer, brand owner, packaging makers and equipment supplier targets in Greater Europe.
- Alignment on the Sales and or TS resources to be allocated to manage the target accounts and build relationships and opportunity pipeline
- Develop a process to educate and incentivize the E-retailers, packaging suppliers, and to choose HBF tapes, adhesives and coatings has their preferred products.
- Work with the marketing teams and the Global E-Commerce Manager to predict new trends, identify gaps in the market and develop new innovative products.
- Generate, track, and drive closure of new business opportunities, providing feedback to the packaging and equipment suppliers and to HBF sales and business leadership.
- Develop strong local and personal relationships and understand the decision-making processes inside customers at all levels at the top E-retailers as well as packaging and equipment suppliers
- With Marketing, R+D and Business leaders, identify regional strategies around product and capability promotion, and define how we can best work with E-Retailers and their suppliers to continuously develop better understanding of the markets in which we can win business
- Collaborate on the development and use of training, sales and marketing tools to help local resources and Inside Sales sell to E-Retailers and packaging makers.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelor /MBA or equivalent educational qualifications or relevant work experience
- 3+years sales /TS experience in relevant markets
- Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of the sales process
- Recognized as an effective influence leader
- Strong strategic and business development capabilities
- Ability to influence and gain alignment with both external and internal key decision makers as well as all levels of the organization
- Good team player with proven ability to drive results
- Experienced with PC skills in Windows environment required
- Must have valid driving license and be willing to travel, including internationally, up to 50% of work time.
- Flexible, open-minded, organized and drives for results.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Worked as an Account Manager, TS Manager, Distribution Manager Sales Manager, SAM or GSM
**Physical Environment**:
- Travel required - local and international
- Lifting and carrying up to 30 kg may be required
