**Résumé du rôle**:
L'objectif de l'équipe marketing est de s'adresser à des investisseurs sophistiqués pour les inciter à envisager d'investir dans la cryptomonnaie à travers nos ETP. Au sein de l'équipe, vous serez responsable de superviser le développement et la maintenance de notre site web, en veillant à une expérience utilisateur fluide, en collaboration avec les équipes design, produit, développeurs. Le site web de CoinShares est la principale plateforme pour tous les investisseurs (particuliers et professionnels) afin de comprendre la marque, le marché et les offres de nos produits.

**Fonctions et responsabilités**:

- Utiliser des outils d'analyse du site web pour étudier les problèmes d'expérience utilisateur et les opportunités d'amélioration. Fournir des suggestions quotidiennes pour améliorer l'expérience utilisateur, les performances du site et l'efficacité opérationnelle.
- Rédiger des spécifications détaillées pour les développeurs, décrivant clairement les exigences et les objectifs du projet.
- Gérer les projets en coordonnant avec les agences, les équipes marketing, design et développeurs pour assurer une mise en œuvre réussie des améliorations du site web:

- Organiser des réunions de synchronisation hebdomadaires avec différentes équipes pour mettre à jour les priorités du projet, aborder les problèmes et assurer l'alignement entre les départements.
- Suivi de l’avancée des tâches pour s'assurer que les projets restent sur la bonne voie et atteignent les objectifs.
- Tester les livrables des développeurs, valider les fonctionnalités et résoudre les éventuels bugs qui pourraient survenir.
- Effectuer des vérifications et des investigations hebdomadaires du site web et des pages clés pour identifier et résoudre rapidement les nouveaux bugs et améliorations.

**Effectuer toutes autres tâches qui pourraient raisonnablement être requises par le rôle.**

**Qualifications**:

- Master en Marketing, Business ou domaine connexe
- Expérience avérée en tant que website product manager ou rôle similaire
- Solide compréhension des outils d'analyse de site web
- Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et de prioriser efficacement
- Solide expérience technique et capacité de rédiger des spécifications pour les développeurs
- Intérêt pour la l’écosystème crypto et la finance

**Role Summary**:
The Marketing team's objective is to address sophisticated investors to prompt them to consider investing in digital assets through our products. Within the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our website, ensuring a seamless user experience, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. CoinShares website is the main platform for all investors (individual and retail) to understand the brand and our products’ offers.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Utilize website analytics tools to investigate user experience issues and opportunities for improvement. Provide day-to-day suggestions for features and improvements to enhance user experience, site performance, and operational efficiency.
- Write detailed specifications for developers, clearly outlining project requirements and objectives.
- Manage projects by coordinating with agencies, marketing teams, design teams, and developers to ensure timely and successful implementation of website enhancements:

- Conduct weekly sync meetings with different teams to update on project priorities, address issues, and ensure alignment across departments.
- Monitor all tasks on a weekly basis, including status, needs, and feedback, to ensure projects stay on track and meet objectives
- Test deliverables from developers, validate functionality and address any collateral bugs that may arise.
- Conduct weekly checks and investigations of the website and key pages to identify and resolve any new bugs or issues promptly.

**Undertaking any other such duties as may be reasonably required by the role.**

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a website product manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of website analytics tools
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Solid technical background with experience writing specifications for developers
- Interest in financial markets, digital assets and cryptocurrency.
