We're looking for our next communications apprentice

**Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will support the creation of content for internal and external use:
Create and write engaging content for our various communication channels (website, social networks, newsletters)

For the website:

- Publish new content online, manage publication deadline
- Check existing content (under Wordpress) in compliance with SEO guidelines.

For our Social Networks:

- Manage the editorial calendar for content (planning, upstream creation, creation of posts for events)

For our Webinars
- Creation of visuals for communication
- Editing of the replay
- Project manager: monitoring planning to meet deadlines

For our Other media (product sheets, PPT presentations): support for content updating & set-up
- Updating figures and layout of our presentations and product sheets

Measuring the impact of actions
- Follow-up / Reporting & monthly analysis of actions carried out on social media and on our website

Bring forth ideas to increase visibility and improve our brand image on our external channels as well as on our websites

**Your profile**
- Very good writing skills
- B2B Social media mastering
- Wordpress knowledge (elementor is a plus)
- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Creative and proactive
- Strong adaptability and organizational skills
- Very good level of English & French (minimum C1)
- Mastering audio and video editing is a plus
