As part of the Communication, External Affairs & Sustainability Division, the Global Sustainability & EHS department defines and drives the Sustainability strategy and deploys it across the company.

Launched in 2022, Generation Ipsen is a transformative sustainability strategy anchored by four pillars —Environment, Patients, People, and Governance— aiming to drive positive action and leave a lasting impact for a better and healthier world.

We are a growing and very agile department, with a strong governance that drives the Sustainability agenda at the highest levels of our governance bodies. Sustainability being everyone's responsibility, our ambition is to elevate Generation Ipsen’s unified voice & commitment across the organization.

We coordinate the Sustainability topics throughout the whole group through a network of experts and ambassadors (+ 60 people in countries and functions).

From strategy to execution, as a member of our department, you will have the opportunity to play a major role in all the key Sustainability challenges our company is addressing and making a positive impact.

**Main responsibilities**

Sustainability initiatives
- Assist in the development of a cohesive approach of Sustainable initiatives in the Group,
- Support the coordination of global Generation Ipsen actions,
- Assist with the preparation of any relevant material or deliverables for the Sustainability team.

Communication
- Contribute to Generation Ipsen communication partnering with our experts from the Sustainable team and with Ipsen Communication department to ensure the most impactful internal and external Sustainability communication materials,
- Interact with Generation Ipsen Ambassadors & strengthen the network highlighting their commitment,
- Ensure consistent maintenance of content on the Intranet and the Ipsen Sustainability section on the website,

Public Affairs
- Follow up European and French regulation evolution as well as stakeholders mapping & expectations,
- Research industry information and peer benchmarks (practices, tools, and strategies) to continue enhancing Ipsen Sustainability strategy over time,

Reporting
- Assist with the preparation of compliant or voluntary questionnaires related to Sustainability on an annual basis,
- Assist in the implementation of the regulatory reporting.

**Knowledge, abilities & experience**

Experience in global and multicultural environments is a plus.

Fluent in both English and French.

**Key Technical Competencies Required**
- Strongly motivated
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently, meeting established timelines.
- Effective writing and speaking skills and good mastery of PowerPoint.
- Ability to work with other departments and external parties.
- Curious, pro-active and source of proposals.
- Rigorous and hands-on.

You should also be able to work autonomously, with flexibility and commitment.
