**Job Description Summary**:
GE Hydro recherche un/e Responsable Qualité Projet. Vous êtes en charge de développer et de s'assurer de la mise en place des systèmes, règles et processus dans le respect des exigences internes et externes définies.
Votre mission est la suivante:
**Rôles et responsabilités**:
- Systèmes de gestion des processus métiers (par exemple, systèmes de gestion de la qualité, systèmes de gestion intégrés). S'emploie à développer, mettre en œuvre et surveiller la cartographie globale des processus à des fins d'amélioration de la qualité. Normalisation des processus, des outils et du système de gestion de la performance.
- Développer une connaissance approfondie d'une discipline. Se fonde sur une expérience antérieure et une expertise acquise pour mettre en œuvre une politique/stratégie fonctionnelle.
- Un poste à ce niveau est susceptible d'être un contributeur individuel, avec des compétences interpersonnelles éprouvées. Gère la communication avec les collègues directs et les entreprises à propos des services de conception et de coordination fournis. Fournit des conseils informels aux nouveaux membres de l'équipe. Explique des informations complexes aux autres dans des situations simples.
- Exerce un impact sur les projets, processus et procédures de son propre domaine. Le rôle jouit d'une certaine autonomie, mais est axé sur l'exécution d'activités et/ou la fourniture de conseils dans une discipline habilitante couverte par des pratiques et procédures fonctionnelles standard. Les activités nécessitent un discernement professionnel, mais peuvent nécessiter des niveaux d'encadrement plus élevés.
- Se fonde sur son expertise technique et son discernement pour résoudre des problèmes. Exploite les compétences techniques et l'esprit d'analyse nécessaires à la résolution de problèmes. Peut utiliser plusieurs sources internes en dehors de sa propre équipe pour prendre des décisions.
- De formation ingénieur ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 8 ans minimum en gestion de projet et/ou Qualité dans un environnement international et matriciel.
- Une expérience sur les projets EPC est souhaitée. Vision multi projets.
- Vous disposez d’une culture EHS solide.
- Anglais demandé, français ou allemand serait un plus
- Solides compétences dans le domaine informatique (MS Office)

- Develop and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements. Ensures that projects and products are capable and will meet specified standards (Preventive). In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
At Project Launch:
- Read, understand, and analyse the Project Contract in terms of QA/QC.
- Provide the Contract QA/QC requirements to the Project Team, and support Function Kick-Off meetings to ensure that all Contract specific requirements are transmitted to all stakeholders (Suppliers, GE2GE,).
- Define the Project specific processes and documents as per Contract Requirements and/or to meet Customer requirements.
- Consolidate lessons learned from previous projects to make them actionable for preventing future issues.
- Define with Project Director the strategy for Quality Assurance, and Project Risk identification, translate the identified risks into mitigation plans for the functions.
- Issue the Project Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plan and get them approved by the Customer. Ensure communication to and use by the Functions
During Project Execution:
- Implement, support, monitor compliance with project processes & tools (PGR, PMR, R&O, DR, NCR/CoQ)
- Coordinate and drive mitigation on Project risk and prevent defects to occur and to escape along the execution of the project.
- Prepare and Coordinate quality Inspections as per ITP with Customer and Supply Chain to secure fulfilling the quality and contract requirements.
- Manage the Databook (project quality records) preparation and delivery, assuring compliance with customer requirements: track, submit timely & get approval by the Customer.
- Monitor project process performance on periodic basis (Lagging metrics: VoC score, Escaping defects, Cost of Non-Quality) and implement/lead appropriate actions to improve results.
- Lead the VoC process, making sure we receive periodic answers from the customer and treat them accordingly.
- Ensure relevance of all non-conformities including cost of non-quality data related to the Project.
