**Job Description Summary**:
GE Hydro représente plus de 25% des installations mondiales de turbines et générateurs Hydrauliques avec 3500 employés dans le monde. Notre portefeuille de solutions techniques permettant la production d'électricité hydraulique comprend la plus large gamme possible de solutions hydrauliques et de services : depuis l'équipement individuel à l'installation de solutions complètes et ceci sur des nouveaux projets ou des activités de services.

GE Hydro recherche un/e Ingénieur qualité projet parlant Allemand en charge de supporter les équipes projets. Vous êtes en charge de vous assurer du respect des exigences qualités dans le cadre des projets services Hydro selon le processus et standards GE ainsi que les exigences client.

Votre mission est la suivante:

- S’assurer que les exigences contractuelles QA/QC sont bien comprises par les équipes projet
- Définir et assurer le respect des processus qualité en accord avec les exigences contractuelles
- Identifier les risques qualité sur le projet et mettre en place les actions nécessaires
- Définir le plan de qualité projet et coordonner les inspections qualité en phase avec l’ITP (Inspection Test Plan)
- Monitorer la performance qualité sur le projet
- Assurer la gestion des non conformités
- Supporter le Directeur de projet sur l’analyse et le management des couts associés à la non-qualité.
- Supporter le responsable de site pour assurer la bonne exécution du projet dans le respect des exigences qualité GE
- Assurer la qualification des équipes et la maintenance des outils qualité
- Assurer les audits process sur site : contrôle des documents qualité, outils de test, traçabilité des matériaux

De formation Ingénieur mécanique/électronique ou de formation qualité, vous disposez de 3 ans minimum d'expérience en pilotage de projet idéalement dans un environnement qualité.

Expérience sur des projets EPC souhaitée. Connaissances Hydro est un plus.

Vous avez évolué dans un environnement matriciel et international.

Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for centralized quality assurance and control activities for a given project or group of projects.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
- A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Relevant/Proven experience in Quality or Project Management in the turnkey projects environment (preferably in the energy industry)
- Fluent in English and German
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree is a strong adder
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
