Synodevina, cabinet de conseil en ressources humaines et professionnel de l'accompagnement recherche un **Customer Sucess Manager** H.F à Paris.

**Vos missions**:
Vous travaillerez main dans la main avec le pôle Sales (Account Executive/ Business Developper) sur les missions suivantes:

- Onboarding de tous les nouveaux clients, s'assurer de l'adoption de la solution par l'ensemble des utilisateurs et les engager sur la plateforme.
- Assurer l’interface entre le client et les consultants en recrutement et les orienter sur les missions en fonction de leur expertise lors de briefs individuels
- Animer la communauté de consultants en recrutement lors d’actions collectives ou individuelles autour de clients grands comptes (visio, webinar )
- Identifier des potentiels d'up-sell et cross-sell afin de faire grandir/étendre ton portefeuille client.
- Participer à la préparation et à la présentation des reportings clients lors de points semestriels et annuels
- Participer à l’optimisation continue des processus et outils du pôle CSM.

Pour mener à bien vos missions quotidiennes et vos projets long terme vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les pôles Sales, Product, Community, Marketing et les différents bureaux Européens.

**Profil recherché** Bac+5 indispensable.Ce qui vous permettra de réussir sur le poste : Compétence dans la gestion du processus de recrutement pour le compte de clients, **Expérience dans l’accompagnement de grands comptes**, Compétence dans le suivi et le développement de la Relation Client / Utilisateur, Compréhension d’une fiche de poste et capacité à formaliser le besoin.

5 ans d’expérience professionnelle dont 3 ans sur le marché du recrutement.
