The Senior Compliance Monitoring Officer will have to design, update and supervise performance of recurring 2nd level controls for Group Compliance, as well as to supervise controls carried out as part of compliance reviews and especially:

- Design and update as necessary recurring internal controls (2nd level) to be conducted by Group Compliance to monitor compliance with anti-corruption and, in a second stage, on duty of care compliance programs (excluding accounting controls, carried out by Finance) (the « Compliance Controls ») ;
- Supervise performance of recurring internal controls by the dedicated control team members offshore (training team, designing schedule & methodology, putting in place & updating KPIs/dashboards, proposing adequate IT tooling) ;
- Supervise performance of non-accounting internal controls by the dedicated control team members offshore during compliance reviews in targeted countries, contribute to definition of yearly compliance review plan, develop methodology, supervise internal team/outside consultant) ;
- Organize regular reporting on internal controls/compliance reviews findings (Chief Compliance Officer, Regional Compliance Officers, local Ethics & Compliance Officers) and contribute to preparation of necessary action/mitigation plans as a result, as well as contribute to the risk assessment process (at Group level and in countries) based on internal control/compliance reviews/internal audit findings.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience, with experience in internal control or internal audit; financial background preferred (rather than legal background); proven leadership & project management skills; experience in international groups.

- Strategic thinker, able to utilize knowledge and experience to understand impact of emerging trends and implications for the company ;
- Self-aware person who can successfully manage client expectations and can work well with a variety of personalities/capabilities in cross-functional teams.
