**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s Degree from an Engineering discipline or equivalent from a reputable college or university
- At least having 3 to 5 years of experience in the field
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
- Excellent command of English
- Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with mínimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
- Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations
- Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups.
- Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.
- Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
- Has good working knowledge in MS Office suite
**Your Responsibilities**
- Maintaining strong customer relationship.
- Co-ordinate and arrange with site activities with the customer
- Manage the sub-contractors resources on site.
- Ensuring proper implementation of claim management.
- Successful project closure.
- Ensure targeted and full communication within the project team and with thru stakeholders.
- Monitor the workflow and propose timeline adjustments.
- Confirming and monitoring the execution of the relevant maintenance to meet the schedule, cost and quality requirements.
- Attends the Weekly/Daily Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and prepare Minutes of Meetings.
- Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of the projects.
- Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at site.
- Documentation for all the required data according to process.
- Provide full support as required by the Management and PMT for all projects.
- Making sure that all health, safety and legal requirements on site are being met throughout the process
- Report any client complaints, concerns or requests throughout the project
- Arrange the transportation for all the team on site
- Updating the SDP tool / cost tracking tools
